League Ninja is operated by League Management LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using League Ninja, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What League Ninja is
League Ninja is scheduling and league-management software for racquet-sports clubs. Your club — not us — runs your leagues. Your club decides who plays, when courts are available, what the rules are, and how disputes are handled. We provide the software your club uses to organize that.
Your account
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- Give us accurate information — your club matches you to your leagues by the email address it has on file.
- Access to club and coordinator features is granted by your club. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Playing sports is physical — know the risks
Tennis, platform tennis, and other racquet sports involve physical exertion and a risk of injury. League Ninja is scheduling software. We don't assess your fitness to play, the safety of any facility or court, weather, or playing conditions, and we're not responsible for what happens at a match. Participation in club activities is between you, your club, and the facility, on whatever terms they set. Consult your club about its waiver and insurance requirements.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to harass anyone or to post unlawful content.
- Don't probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service.
- Don't use other members' contact information for anything beyond organizing play in your club.
Your content
Messages, scores, and availability you enter are shared with the people who need them to run your leagues — your club's coordinators and, where relevant, other members. You give us the license needed to store and display that content inside the service. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your data.
Communications
We send emails (and, where you've opted in, text messages) about your leagues. You can manage these in your settings, unsubscribe from email, or reply STOP to texts — see the SMS terms.
Fees
League Ninja doesn't currently charge players. Your club may charge its own registration or membership fees, which are between you and your club. If paid features are introduced in the future, their pricing and payment terms will be shown to you before you're charged anything.
The service is provided as-is
We work hard to keep League Ninja accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind — including that schedules are error-free or that the service is uninterrupted. Schedules and standings can change; confirm details with your club.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, League Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury or property damage arising from club activities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using League Ninja at any time and ask your club to remove you from its roster. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability limits, content licenses) survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we'll note the new date above and take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
