League Ninja runs leagues for racquet-sports clubs. This page explains, in plain English, what data we keep about you and why. The short version: we store what your club needs to schedule you into matches, we use it only to run your leagues and send the notifications you control, and we never sell it.
What we store
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your availability — the times you tell us you can or can't play.
- Match results and league history supplied by your club — who played whom, when, and scores.
Most of this comes from your club when they add you to a league; the rest you enter yourself (availability, notification preferences).
What we use it for
- Running your leagues: building schedules, matching players, tracking scores and standings.
- Sending you notifications you control — schedule releases, match reminders, substitute requests, and score prompts, by email or SMS. You can turn each category and channel on or off in your Notification settings, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your information — including your mobile number — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We never send marketing on behalf of anyone other than your club.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers to run League Ninja: Clerk handles sign-in and account security, and Neon hosts our database. They process your data only to provide those services to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details and league history for as long as your club runs leagues with us, because past results feed future scheduling and standings. If your club stops using League Ninja, or you ask us to delete your data, we remove it rather than warehousing it indefinitely.
Deletion requests and questions
To ask what we hold about you, correct something, or request deletion, email support@league-ninja.com. We will confirm what we did.
